Richard Green is MPA Director and Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Utah. Craig Shinn is Director of the PhD Program in Public Policy and Administration and Associate Professor of Public Administration at Portland State University. Kent Robinson is Assistant Professor in the Institute of Public Service at Seattle University. His main research focus is on the contribution of social trust and reliance to community governance and administrative practice.
