This work contains research and review papers written by participants in a six-month program of workshops, seminars, and tutorials held at the Isaac Newton Institute for Mathematical Sciences, Cambridge, in 2007. The papers cover a variety of problems relating to graphs that have a strongly analytic flavor, either as regards their formulation or the techniques used to approach them. Chapters are devoted to analysis on combinatorial graphs, quantum graphs, and fractals. Applications are considered in the final chapter.
