Julius Rowan Raper is Professor of English at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He is the author of numerous books, most recently, Narcissus from Rubble:  Competing Models of Character in Contemporary British and American Fiction.

Melody L. Enscore currently manages technical comunication systems for a  private-sector environmental chemistry firm in North Carolina.

Paige Matthey Bynum is Lecturer at Duke Institute for Learning and Retirement in Durham, North Carolina.
