FRANK DAMAZIO is a graduate of Portland Bible College. He has a bachelor's degree in theology and Master of Divinity and Doctor of Divinity degrees from Oral Roberts University. He is currently the president of Portland Bible College and lead pastor of City Bible Church in Portland.
