Condizione: Good. Hardcover with dust jacket showing moderate signs of wear to edges with some tears, longest is 1 inch other 1/4-1/2 inches. Jacket picture does not match the stock photo. Jacket cover with drawing of a train with smoke stacks blowing black smoke. The lettering on front is red and black with white design. Covers are black with wear noted to corners and fading to bottom edge. Gold lettering to spine. Front Endpaper with Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Dining Car Interior, 1899 Back Endpaper with Erie's Chicago Express at Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, in a 1915 trackside portrait by Ewing Galloway. 801 illustrations.
