Photographic dust jacket covered in protective mylar. Inscribed to Hilton Kramer (art critic), "with much respect" & signed by Klosty, at "Springfield Farm/Millbrook, NY/Feb 1978". Klosty traveled & photographed the MCDC from 67-72; he was also the partner of dancer Carolyn Brown. Included is a typewritten letter by Klosty to the critic Kramer Humorously, it cites the shortcomings of another critic "Clive" & his own thoughts on this book. Codice articolo 3661
