MICHAEL MARSHALL, a former Bishop of Woolwich and Director of the Anglican Institute in St Louis, Missouri, is the author of the recently published much acclaimed biography Edward King: Teacher, Bishop, Pastor, Saint. Now in retirement, he is an Honorary Assistant Bishop in the Diocese of London.
