She has written numerous articles for early childhood journals, including Child Care Information Exchange and Texas Child Care Quarterly. Pam is the author of five early childhood curriculums, eleven children's books and more than 30 teacher and parent resource books. Patricia A. Phipps, Ed.D, is the Executive Director of the California Association for the Education of Young Children. She has been a faculty member in the Graduate School of Education at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and in the College of Education at the University of Houston.
