Jonathan Rhys Kesselman is professor emeritus in Simon Fraser University’s School of Public Policy and was a member of the British Columbia Expert Panel on Basic Income. Daniel Perrin is a public policy professional and founding principal of Perrin, Thorau and Associates Ltd. Gillian Petit is a research associate at the University of Calgary. Lindsay M. Tedds is associate professor of economics at the University of Calgary and was a member of the British Columbia Expert Panel on Basic Income. France St-Hilaire is recently retired after a thirty-year career at the Institute for Research on Public Policy.
