Connirae and Steve Andreas have been influential trainers and developers since the early days of NLP. Beginning in the field in 1977, they were members of the first small group to be certified as NLP Trainers in 1979. Together they co-edited the four early classic books by the original developers of NLP, Frogs into Princes, Trance-formations, Reframing, and Using Your Brain-for a CHANGE, which introduced many new people to the field. Connirae and Steve's later book, Heart of the Mind provides a clear and user-friendly introduction to the field, and Change Your Mind-and Keep the Change described additional advanced patterns, some of which they developed (Personal Timelines, Resolving Grief, Shame, Guilt, and transforming anger into Forgiveness). They developed thorough and detailed participant and training manuals for Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and Trainer Trainings, setting standards for quality, and providing templates used by many trainers world-wide.
