Hardcover. Condizione: Fine. Condizione sovraccoperta: Very Good. 1st Edition. About This Book: This is the 2 Volumes in 1 edition containing Miller's memoir My Hollywood and the complete The Hunchback of Notre Dame from the Ackerman Archives. Over 420 pp. B&w illustrations throughout with some color plates. About My Hollywood: Patsy Ruth Miller, probably best-remembered for her 1923 performance as Esmeralda opposite Lon Chaney, serves up a richly-illustrated, wry, wistful, perceptive, and detailed memoir. She was a Hollywood star at a pivotal time, from about 1920 to her semi-retirement in 1931. About The Hunchback of Notre Dame: This lavish film was a breakthrough for both Chaney's career and for Universal. It set a new standard for what Hollywood could achieve in spectacle and historicity. This book is over 200 pp of primary source material: a shooting script, publicity ephemera, lots of film stills, and some production design materials. With a panoramic 4 page foldout. The book appears unused, as new. The glossy illustrated dust-jacket has a light crease along the top edge. May incur additional postage charges overseas. Codice articolo 036876
