Consulting Editor Jonathan Denton is a partner at international law firm
Salans. Previously, he headed up the financial services team at Birmingham
firm Wragge & Co. He specialises in UK financial services regulation and
provides treasury advice for financial institutions as well as major
corporates including property development, oil and energy companies. He
advises on the use of derivatives in the context of structured finance
