Since publishing the first copy of this book in 2008 many people have contacted me stating how useful they found it. In many cases many people, having bought the book for themselves to read, then bought copies for people they knew because they felt it would help others too. If this is all this book ever achieves then I am happy as it will have done what I intended it to do, to help others. I have decided to publish a second edition to this book because, as with life, things move forward, so there are some additional chapters in this edition that I felt would compliment what was included in the first edition.
