Thick brown paper wrappers with raised lettering on cover and black lettering on spine. Image of a Sacagawea sculpture affixed to cover. Some scuffing to exterior, mostly to image on cover; slight shelf wear to edges; very mild soiling. Perfect binding is tight. Interior is clean. Includes reproductions of about 80 pieces of art on plates in both color and black and white. Laid in is the February 1982 copy of a publication from The Minneapolis Society of Fine Arts with a short article on a Harry Jackson exhibition. Harry Jackson (1924-2011) was an artist whose lengthy career included work in a variety of styles such as abstract expressionism, realism, and Western bronze sculptures. This book showcases pieces from every phase of his career alongside essays by John Walker, Gene Thornton, Donald Goddard, Larry Pointer, Lee Myers, and Jackson himself. Signed by Author(s).
