Published in extremely limited quantity of 36 copies, this copy being #14. Housed in a custom clamshell silk cloth box. Includes an essay from Hoagy Carmichael, signed letter from Hoagy Carmichael and William Trego (the book's publisher) describing the concept for the book, two 8 x 10 black and white photographs (one of Everett Garrison and his family and the other of Hoagy Carmichael building a rod), a letter dated 1918 from Garrison to his mother describing his experiences in the Army during WWI, a notecard from the publisher William D.
