L'autore:
Martha Lasley coaches visionary leaders and social change activists to create a culture of collaboration and partnership. She works with diverse groups, from peace workers to grad students in Capella University’s MBA program. As a certified trainer for the Center for Nonviolent Communication, she is an advocate for doing inner work in order to fuel the outer work we’re called to do in the world. Virginia Kellogg takes a stand and fights for those who are marginalized and stays true to herself and the planet at a heart level. What makes Virginia’s work unique is her commitment to expanding the reach of the coaching profession. She is a staunch supporter of making coaching available, moving coaching from its current context of privilege into the wide world. As a pioneer in connecting the field of coaching to the greater need in the world, she has been instrumental in creating the bridge between coaching, nonprofits and philanthropy and bringing coaching innovations into the social sector. Richard Michaels is a certified gestalt therapist, master certified coach and a visionary co-founder of the 9-month Coaching for Transformation certification. He has created and facilitated personal and professional development programs that stir the soul for over 30 years. With deep roots in holistic living, Richard discovered the brilliant possibilities that come from aligning the body, mind and spirit. He was a founding member, mentor, fund-raiser and former trustee of Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Lenox, MA. Sharon Y. Brown draws on her deep connection with Spirit and the ancestors to be an agent of change, connection, growth and healing for children, adults and organizations in low income communities. As a coach for culturally diverse individuals, Sharon brings compassion, intuition, sensitivity and creativity to sessions that engage, inspire and support clients, while catalyzing awareness and action. She develops and facilitates experiential workshops for corporate teams, nonprofits and community groups that increase personal awareness, improve communication and team dynamics, and support goal achievement. Sharon co-facilitates prison communication and conflict prevention/conflict transformation workshops as part of an Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) team of inmate and outside facilitators.
