Paul Brainard Paul was born and raised in Southern California. He completed his undergraduate studies at CSU Los Angeles and went on to earn an MBA from the University of La Verne. He has worked 30 years as an industrial accountant/manager and is currently the Founder/CEO of CHITA. CHITA is a fast, simple and inexpensive program for transforming operations into high-performance, continuous improvement cultures.
