He has created and shared more than 800 rules for Snort, half of them for Microsoft SQL Server. He lives in Benicia, California. Patrick Naughter is a technical architect and software developer for Soft-ex Communications, a leading developer of PBX Call Monitoring software. He runs a popular personal website (naughter.com), which provides open source and shareware of interest to Windows developers. He lives in Dublin, Ireland.
