About the Author: David L. Sloan IV is an author, publisher, artist, and producer based in Key West, Florida. Known for his work in both the Florida Keys and the paranormal field, Sloan brings a wealth of local knowledge to this guide. Named after his great-great-great-grandfather, who oversaw Key West during the Civil War, Sloan has deep roots in the area. He moved to Key West in 1996 and married in 2020. Through his tours and events, Sloan actively raises money for local non-profits and is the president of DLS4 Productions, Inc.
