She has presented hundreds of cutting-edge seminars and keynotes in over 35 states. Deb, who taught high school health education in Eau Claire, WI, presented at the 2012 National Conference on Bullying, sponsored by the School Safety Advocacy Council, where she received, on behalf of North High School, the National Exemplary Bullying Program, and Individual Award. In June, 2012, Deb was the first teacher from Wisconsin to be inducted into the National Teachers Hall of Fame.
