Keesha Rivers is the founder and CEO of many ventures that include Fla'Vore Productions, K.R. Consulting, and The Fla’Vore-Aide Radio Show. She is also the author of Mama, They Didn't Mean It, a successful real estate investor, plus-size model, and highly-sought after motivational speaker and life coach. Keesha enjoys her success, but never forgets where she came from. Although she now resides in Atlanta, Keesha comes from humble beginnings. She was born of a teen mother in Virginia, adopted and raised by her aunt and uncle in Central Florida, and overcame many trials to become the person she is today. Those challenges include being abused, molested, and bullied; feeling isolated and depressed; struggling through failed relationships and teen motherhood; and juggling college, motherhood, and employment. Through it all, Keesha has maintained her faith that God was with her, and she shares her incredible capacity to forgive and its positive impact on her success with all who will listen. "Know your worth" is one of Keesha's favorite sayings, as it led to her success as an entrepreneur, finding fulfilling and loving relationships, and being the best mother she could be to her son Prince Brian. She mentors children, young adults and business clients on a regular basis, along with providing Life Coaching skills to all ages. Keesha obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Business Management. She is a member of the National Congress of Black Women, is a domestic violence and anti-bullying advocate, and community activist who has made it her mission to stand up for youth. In April 2013, Keesha became the youngest honoree ever to receive the Central Florida “Living Legends Oscar Award” for her community work and achievements. “If we are not becoming an advocate for someone else, then our works are not enough. It’s not the works that reward you, but the sacrifice for someone else is what will keep you successful.” Keesha Rivers Learn more about Keesha at www.IAmFlavore.com.
