Dr. Wil Brower is an educator, professional facilitator, lecturer, mediator, and writer. His books are adaptations of the wisdom he has accrued from his varied life experiences, which range from the United States Air Force, corporate executive and Business Education and English/Language Arts teacher. Having gained his practical knowledge for success from his vast amount of experience and affiliations, Dr. Brower has worked with organizations such as Hewlett-Packard Corporation, Marriott Corporation, The University of Memphis, DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Dow Chemical Company, U.S. Veterans Administration, the State of Arkansas, Raleigh News and Observer, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the U.S. Postal Service. He is also the Founder of the non-profit organization, Institute for Youth Development and Educational Resources, Inc. (IYDER). Dr. Brower has authored several books, including: A Little Book Big Principles--Values and Virtues for a More Successful Life (1998); Me Teacher, Me...Please! (2002); Traffic Signs on the Road of Life (2012), Of Life, Love and Learning--Selected Poems and Educational Raps, Rhymes and Rhythms (2012), When Justice Calls A Novel (2013) and English Grammar and Writing Made Simple (2009). Additionally, some of his writings on the subjects of human and organizational development and personal effectiveness have appeared in Harvard Business Review (1996) and Cultural Diversity at Work (1997).
