Jed DeVaro is the Wang Family Professor of Management and Economics at California State University–East Bay, where he teaches MBA and undergraduate businesses courses in Strategic Compensation and Reward Systems. He is a research fellow at Cornell University's Institute for Compensation Studies, a research fellow at IZA Institute of Labor Economics, a Senior Research Fellow at the Research Institute for the Finnish Economy, and an editor at IZA World of Labor. His published articles on compensation and related topics span economics, accounting and finance, strategy, organizational behavior, and human resource management.
