Paperback. Condizione: New. How do organisations change, and how do we, as individuals, make sense of it? This textbook addresses that vital question by offering a comprehensive framework of perspectives on organisational transformation. Built on the idea that all change theories rest on important underlying beliefs and assumptions, it invites students and practitioners to explore seven distinct ways of understanding change. Rather than advocating for a single model, the book encourages readers to navigate between perspectives, deepening their ability to interpret, communicate, and act in times of transformation. Drawing on decades of research and practice, it blends conceptual rigour with illustrative examples, accessible language, and real-world case studies, making it an ideal resource for management students, change practitioners, and educators alike. Supplementary materials include lecture slides, tutorial slides, and teaching schedules for instructors, and reading lists, video resources, and extra cases for students.
