She has worked for over 20 years in the education sector with a focus on curriculum and teaching and learning; ensuring that we provide opportunities for all students to succeed. She is passionate about capital in education. She invited Emma Housden, who has worked with her for 3 years, to contribute to authoring this book.

Emma Housden has worked in education for 11 years and has progressed from a teacher of mathematics to Deputy Headteacher overseeing all aspects of curriculum development.
