CATHERINE Y. SPONG, MD, is a Professor and Vice Chair in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX, USA. She also serves as Chief of the Department's Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
CHARLES J. LOCKWOOD, MD, MHCM, is Senior Vice President of USF Health, Dean of Morsani College of Medicine and a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Public Health at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, USA.
