Intelligence has been received here, that on the 23rd inftantj the Spanilh troops, under the command of Don Ventura Caro, attacked the Fort of Andaya, whilft another corps occupied the heights in the neighbourhood of the French camp. Accounts are slfo received from General Don Antonio Riccardos, commander in chief of the army of Catalonia, that on the 21ft inftant, a body of troops amounting to lefs than 3000 men attacked the town of Goret, defended by more than 3O00 French, and though the Spaniards were without any cannon, they forced the town af.er an engagement of three hours, put the enemy to flight, and took their cannon.
