One of the most decorated executives in the industry, O’Neil’ has amassed a vast following of executives, drawn by his inspirational speaking and effective culture-building. O’Neil considers his organization's corporate culture and dedication to community service his greatest successes; the Philadelphia 76ers have been named one of the “Top 50 Cultures” in the US by Entrepreneur.
