Their proposition is as follows Hereafter any owner of silver bullion may deposit the same at any mint of the United States, to be formed into stand ard dollars, for his benefit and without charge. The owners of said bullion shall have the Option to receive coin or its equivalent in Treasury certificates, and such bullion shall be subsequently coined. Thus runs the proposed law as it passed the Senate.
