By order of the Secretary of War. Leonard Woon, Major General, Chief of Staf. 3444. Diseases and injuries will be recorded on the register in accordance with the following nomenclature of diseases. When dis eases or injuries occur for which no terms are furnished in the table of nomenclature or for which the terms furnished are general in char acter, they will be recorded under such scientific terms commonly applied to them by the profession as will briefly and accurately describe them.
