This book offers a comprehensive overview of the little-known but extensive group of snails found in the Southern Hemisphere, known as the Bulimulid family. The author dissects this expansive family into many smaller sub-types, and provides detailed descriptions of over 250 species, grouped according to their shell characteristics. This detailed look at their morphology is further supported by information on the snails' anatomy and behavior.
