Now therefore, Resolved, That a new professorship shall be and is hereby created, which shall be called the Edward Rob inson Chair of Biblical Theology that the income of the endowment of one hundred thousand dollars given to this Seminary by the said Charles Butler in the manner mentioned in his bond, dated April 25, 1890, shall be applied solely to the support of said Chair, according to the provisions of said bond.
