Tenders on the prescribed form, in sealed envelopes, and endorsed on the outside Electric Light and Power Supply, Tender, Contract No. Must be delivered at my office at the Council House, Hands worth, before noon on Thursday. February and, 1905.
The Tender of any person or firm paying less than the standard rate of wages current in the district in which the work is executed will not be considered.
