One quart milk, 1 quart oysters. Boil oysters 20 minutes in their liquor, boil milk separately, mix and let boil up, stirring all the time. Put into strainer, and mash through with a spoon, put back into kettle and boil again, stirring, season with salt, pepper and butter, and stir in half table spoonful flour. Add finally four tablespoons whipped cream. Serve with whipped cream.
