Außerdem, wenn gesagt wird, daß alle Hexen den Glauben abzuleugnen haben, weshalb sie auch als Ketzerinnen zu beurteilen seien, so ist dagegen zu be merken, daß in dem Falle, wo sie auch mit Herz und Seele ableugneten, sie doch nicht als Ketzer, sondern als Apostaten bezeichnet werden; und da ein Unterschied zwischen einem Ketzer und einem Apostaten besteht, und die Ketzer dem Gerichte der inquisitoren unter worfen sind, so haben die Hexen durchaus ihrem Ge richte zu entgehen.
