Mike Smith is based at Manchester Business School. His previous publications include Personnel Selection and Assessment: Individual and Organisational Perspectives (co-edited, 1993), Advances in Selection and Assessment (co-edited, 1993) and Analysing Organisational Behaviour (edited, 1991).
