Joseph Bulgatz is a lawyer who lives in New York City. He is also the author of "More Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds", the sequel to Charles Mackay's classic work on manias famous for its treatment of the Tulipmania, the South Sea Bubble, and the Mississippi Land Scheme.
