Whether you are young or a senior, whether you are male or female, whether you are a professional or blue collar worker, whether you are married, divorced or single, whether you have children or not, whether you are healthy or inflicted with a terminal illness, whether you are a minority, immigrant, or disabled, each of us can find ourselves in the same position - needing someone to make financial and health decisions for us because we cannot. This need does not discriminate. Knowledge of your rights and remedies are essential. This book is vital to your understanding of this critical area of your life. No one knows if or when tragedy will strike; but if it does, be prepared by ensuring your family has the basic documents - a Will - a Living Will - a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care - a Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Matters for each spouse. After reading this book, you will be in a better position to assess your individual situation and seek professional help to draft these and other legal documents that will give you peace of mind.
