Dr. Fillmore has spent twenty-nine years Teaching, Counseling and Managing Pupil Personnel Programs at the Elementary, High School and College level in South Dakota, Minnesota and California. He served two years as Director of Guidance and County Psychologist in Lead, South Dakota, five years in the Borrego Springs USD in California as Director of Guidance/Psychologist. Nineteen sixty nine to nineteen eighty-one he served in the Huntington Beach UHSD, California, as a Counselor and Coordinator of Guidance/Administrator. During that period he worked evenings as an Administrator for Coastline Community College in Orange County California. From nineteen eighty-one until nineteen ninety-one he served as a Counselor, Education and Career Center Manager Rancho Santiago Community College. Presently Dr. Fillmore is living in Palm Desert, California and teaching Graduate Students in Counseling, part time, at Chapman University. Dr. Fillmore has written and published: Goals and Objectives for HS Pupil Personnel Services, A Life Survival Skills semester course for ninth and tenth grade students, a Student Workbook In Career Development for High School Students and a College Orientation and Educational Development (COED) course for Community College Students.
