Her life was not easy growing up in the country. She has endured many trials and tribulations being a child of poverty. She has also faced domestic violence in her life time. The book is a reflection of her life in many ways. On November 27, 1997 her life made a drastic turn around, when she became a child of God. She is married to a wonderful man name Jake, for thirteen years. She has a son name Jonathan who is the love of her life Through overcoming many adversities and obstacles, she has chosen her latter days to be her best days.
