Pohland, Director, International Programs, AOAC INTERNATIONAL, Gaithersburg, Maryland. The editors have a combined more than 50 years experience in mycotoxins resaecrh and risk management. Chpaters in the book are authored by individuals who are experts in the specific topic areas.
