Dr. Allen has served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Biological Dynamics, SIAM Journal of Applied Mathematics, Journal of Difference Equations and Applications, Journal of Theoretical Biology, and Mathematical Biosciences. Her research interests encompass mathematical population biology, epidemiology, and immunology.
