AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY The authors, Eric and Glenna, are just ordinary folks. Eric was an executive for an insurance company for many years and Glenna was an administrative assistant for a large corporation. And then they met. They have been married now for over 30 years and retired several years ago. All was going well until Eric developed a terminal illness. He was told in 1995 that he had about six months to live. They proved the doctors were wrong. What they learned in order to save Eric's life could fill a book. They realized this and wrote this book. Eric had previously written and published a book titled "Eric is Winning." It has been very successful and has been read by most people with the same illness as Eric, ALS (aka Lou Gehrig's Disease).
