George Casella is Distinguished Professor of Statistics and Distinguished Member of the Genetics Institute&nbsp;at the Univesity of Florida, Gainesville. He is a fellow of the American Statistical Association and the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, and the author of four other statistics books.</p>
