Kultar Singh is CEO of Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt Ltd, the premier research, monitoring and evaluation institution in South Asia, and an entrepreneur, evaluator and trainer with more than 15 years of experience in designing and executing research across the same region. He is a founding member of the Community of Evaluators – South Asia and the South Asian Journal of Evaluators, and has been instrumental in developing a think tank in South Asia focusing on the latest monitoring and evaluation techniques. He has also authored several books on social research methods and basic and advanced data analytics. He has coordinated and worked on more than 100 research, monitoring and evaluation studies, and has extensive experience of working as technical and research consultant for various international, multilateral, bilateral aid agencies, international NGOs, foundations and corporate houses. Dharmendra Chandurkar is the co-founder and Chief Knowledge Officer of Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt Ltd, with more than 15 years of experience in design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of developmental imperatives. He is currently responsible for leading knowledge strategies, including identifying and incubating emerging methodologies and designs with relevance to project management, monitoring and evaluation. Over the last decade, he has led the conceptualization, development and implementation of more than 20 practice-focused and cost-effective training modules on various aspects of project management, monitoring, evaluation and data analytics on which more than 5000 professionals have been trained in South Asia and Africa. Varun Dutt is Assistant Vice President-Research at Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt Ltd, and is a development professional with extensive experience of leading monitoring and evaluation projects across thematic domains like public health, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) projects, livelihood improvement through clean energy, and financial inclusion. His expertise includes monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, project management, project conceptualization and MIS management. He is a management graduate from the Indian Institute of Forest Management.
