Roger Taylor is an entrepreneur and writer. He is founder and chair of the Open Public Services Network at the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts and cofounder of Dr Foster, a healthcare information business that has pioneered transparency in healthcare. Tim Kelsey is also cofounder of Dr Foster. He was the UK government’s first director of transparency and open data, the national director responsible for information and digital services as well as patient and public participation for the National Health Service in England. Based in Australia, where he is director of Telstra Health, he is also visiting professor at the Institute for Global Health Innovation, Imperial College London.
