Words Made Flesh is a collection of sermons preached by the Very Reverend J. Pittman McGehee at Christ Church Cathedral in Houston, Texas, from 1980 to 1991. He currently serves as a Jungian analyst and an Episcopal priest. He has spent a lifetime integrating the disciplines of psychology and religion. These sermons reflect his journey to integrate the two. With his unique humor, profound insight, and marvelous gift of storytelling, the author guides us to find meaning, purpose, and belonging in our own journey between "a birth we did not request and a grave we cannot escape."
