<em>George Hung</em>, PhD, is a leading figure in the field of vision research, particularly in the areas of oculomotor control of accommodation, and vergence and saccadic eye movements. He is internationally-recognized for his Incremental Retinal-Defocus Theory of Myopia Development. Dr. Hung is currently Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Rutgers University. He is also an avid golfer and ballroom-dancing enthusiast. <em>Jani Macari Pallis,</em> Ph.D. is the founder and CEO of Cislunar Aerospace, Inc., an engineering and research firm located in San Francisco, California. A mechanical and aeronautical engineer, she specializes in fluid dynamics, with an emphasis on air and marine vehicles and sports equipment. <br> Dr. Pallis passionately uses sports and aviation to teach engineering and science to students of all ages.
