Anita Fisk is an accomplished poet and writer whose Hispanic and Native American background has added an exciting component of suspense to her writing. Her poetry has twice won recognition with the International Poetry Society. In her first novel she combines her passion for the fine arts and experimental cooking with her fascination for unraveling a good mystery. With over 30 years of teaching English Language Arts in public and private schools, Fisk is able to bring to her stories a spirited array of interesting characters whose lives become perilously entwined at the Sweet Dreams Confectionery.
