Guy W. Wallace has been in the performance improvement field since 1979 and an external consultant to government and industry since 1982. His clients have include more than 60 firms, with over 40 Fortune 500 firms; plus he has worked with NASA, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NSA, British Petroleum—America, Imperial Oil, Opel, and Siemen's Building Technologies. He has analyzed, designed, and developed improvement interventions, including job and organizational designs, recruiting and selection systems, training and development, and pay-for-performance systems for a wide variety of industries and business functions and processes. He is the author/co-author of 8 books, several chapters, and more than 90 published articles. Since 1982 he has presented more than 90 times at international conferences and local professional chapters. His professional biography was listed in Who's Who in America in 2001 and he was designated a Certified Performance Technologist in 2002. Guy received the International Society of Performance Improvement's highest award, the Honorary Member for Life Award for his contributions to both the Society and to the technology of Human Performance Technology in 2010.
